Candidate Guarantee and Replacement

Guarantee Period: The Recruiter offers a guarantee period of 60 calendar days following the Candidate's Start Date ("Guarantee Period").

Replacement: If a Candidate voluntarily leaves their position or is terminated by the Client for cause (excluding major organizational restructuring or layoff) during the Guarantee Period, the Recruiter agrees to perform an additional search to find a suitable replacement Candidate for the same Job Order at no additional cost to the Client.

Conditions: The guarantee is void if the termination is due to a material change in the job duties or compensation initially agreed upon, or if the Client fails to pay the original Placement Fee within the required terms.
